With Andiamo’s expanding candidate database, the current ATS was causing disorganized data, slow searches, and recruiter frustration, limiting productivity and requiring a more efficient solution.

Collaborated with key stakeholders to co-create solutions focused on improving search efficiency and recruiter experience:


  • Refined User Flows: Used card sorting to optimize data organization and enhance search.


  • High-Fidelity UI & Iconography: Designed a clean, intuitive interface, prioritizing search and key features.


  • Infrastructure & Integrations: Partnered with engineering to enhance speed and add integrations like Greenhouse, reducing manual data entry.
