Framing the Problem

WIT needed a streamlined system to organize and manage conference registrants, enabling efficient candidate sourcing and improving recruiter experience.

Designing a solution

Guided by user feedback, I led design efforts to improve data organization, speed, and navigation:

  • User Workshops & Testing: Conducted workshops and validated designs with 50+ users to simplify navigation and improve search.

  • Enhanced Usability & Integrations: Partnered with engineering to boost system performance and streamline third-party integrations.
